3. BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY- FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00AM – 7:00PM.

4. BRITTANY BANKS PHOTOGRAPHY DOES NOT RELEASE UNEDITED, RAW FILES AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. 

5. Turnaround times are carefully calculated based on the anticipated extent of editing needed per client gallery. These turnaround times may be subject to extensions during peak/holiday seasons and/or due to any unforeseen circumstances.
