TERMS & CONDITIONS
SESSION: Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and will start and end based on the time slot you selected. Client is allowed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. Arriving late will result in less shooting time for your session.
COOPERATION: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or Family/Party members fail to cooperate during session. Please have children napped and fed prior to your appointment. Come dressed and ready to take pictures. You will not have enough time to do so at the farm. The session time is strictly reserved for photographing.
BALANCE: Your deposit of $60 will be deducted from the total price of $240 and the remaining balance of $180 will be due on the day of the session.
LOCATION: Dalton Farm, Swedesboro NJ.
FARM ADMISSION: Farm admission is not included in the session price. Tickets are $20 online or $25 at the door PER PERSON (ages 3+). It is encouraged to purchase your tickets online before your session.
WEATHER: If the session is cancelled by Photographer due to weather, Photographer and Client will come to an agreement on a reschedule date. No additional charges will apply.
CANCELLATION: Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned. It can be used as a credit towards one rescheduled date or another session date and time if you cannot make it. Thank you for understanding.
LATE FEE: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Tardiness exceeding 10 minutes will result in a late fee of $20 dollars, which will be applied towards your remaining total balance. After 10 minutes, your session can be rescheduled to a later time slot IF available. Please note that the late fee will not add additional shooting time to your session length. Any tardiness will deduct from your scheduled session length of 20 minutes.
REFUNDS: Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on our services, sessions, packages, printing services or products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MODEL RELEASE: Client hereby grants permission to Brittany Banks Photography LLC to take, use, publish and reproduce the images, photographs, and any video footage taken of Client and/or Family/Party members to further its service for the purpose of publications, portfolio, website, display, promotion, advertising, social media, editorial use or trade, in any manner or medium.
COPYRIGHT: Brittany Banks Photography LLC retains all copyrights and ownership of all images created during Client’s session.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining web resolution digital images for personal use only. Printing rights with high resolution digital images and/or professional printing services are available to add on for additional pricing at the end of your session with your balance. Session includes 10 Digital Images in an online gallery. Option to purchase more @ $20 per additional digital image.
TURN AROUND TIME: Proofing of your images will be available on Monday, September 21, 2026. Clients are required to send their proof selections back within 2 business days, to ensure that gallery remains on time and stays within the 7 business day turnaround time frame. Failure to do so can potentially delay your gallery. Your final edited images will be available to download within 7 business days from the date that Client sends photo selections back to Photographer. Turn around times may sometimes be subject to extensions during peak/holiday seasons and/or due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any delays, you will be contacted via email with an update.
PRINTING SERVICES: If you purchase a print order, it is encouraged that you send your photo selections for your print order back to us within 24 hours of receiving your online gallery. This is highly encouraged to ensure that your print order can be properly placed, sent to production and completed within a timely manner. All print orders are for pick up only at BBP studio in South Philadelphia, 19147.
